Kumars v McDonald and Semkowich is a defamation action before the Supreme Court of British Columbia where the Kumars, who are the Defendants in the Kerslake and Kohut Actions, have brought suit against the representatives of Kerslake and Kohut in an adjacent jurisdiction.

Kumars v McDonald and Semkowich (ABKB) is an action whereby the Kumars claim they had previously hired Heidi Semkowich as thier representative, that action has been stayed pending a Vexatious Litigant Proceeding under CPN7 and s.23 of the Judicature Act

McDonald v Kevin Kumar is a Defamation Action before the Alberta Court of King's Bench, while not yet stayed, an Injunction has been issued in that action requiring Kevin Kumar to remove certain defamatory videos and other posts, and is now subject to the same vexation litigant proceeding in Kumars v McDonald and Semkowich
