McDonald v Kumar (ABKB Defamation Action)

Following the bringing of the Alberta Kerslake and Kohut v Kumar actions, and the subsequent dismissal of the BCSC Action for want of Jurisdiction, John McDonald brought an action in Defamation in the Alberta Court of King's Bench.  That action is currently subject to an Injunction requiring Kevin Kumar (aka Ty Griffiths) to remove certain videos an other posts, and now subject to a Vexatious Litigant Proceeding
