Will the RTDRS see enhanced fiscal Jurisdiction?

the short answer is who knows. the TDO's have the ability to grant any remedy available to a Judge of the Court of Justice made under part 3 or 4 of the Residential Tenancies Act, or the Mobile Home Sites Tenancies Act. (s15(4) of the RTDRS Regulation) that is the only part of either the Act or Regulation that deals with a TDO's jurisdiction to grant a remedy. First principles would suggest that when the Court of Justice financial jurisdiction increases at the beginning of August that so to will the RTDRS. Now we don't know that for fact and time will be the ultimate test, so more to follow in 3 weeks when the day comes.
